Responsibilities:
- Manage Industrial Cooperation (IC) obligations and support campaign wins by working closely with the capture team, OEMs, and leadership to understand country-specific requirements.
- Propose, negotiate, and ensure execution of Industrial Cooperation Agreements and related commercial contracts.
- Coordinate with other RTX divisions to leverage their foreign presence for IC requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12+ years in program management, supply chain, marketing/sales, or business development, or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
- 6+ years experience proposing and negotiating Industrial Cooperation projects or international contracts.
- 4+ years in campaign support, budget management, and ITAR-controlled international business programs.
Logistics:
- This is a remote position, though candidates may be asked for in-person interviews.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Includes up to 20% international travel.
- Salary range is $157,200 - $298,800 USD per year.
