The Opportunity:
- As a Technical Support Engineer at Akuity, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers succeed with our platform and open-source tools.
- You will work directly with users to troubleshoot issues, improve documentation, and help build scalable support processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding support to open-source users and enterprise customers via chat, forums, GitHub, and phone.
- Develop deep expertise in GitOps, Argo, and Kubernetes to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to support playbooks, processes, and documentation.
What We Look For:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing support role with experience configuring Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or GitOps concepts.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and strong systems thinking skills.
