Implement measurable tools that track success for new hires and build reporting systems that surface this data clearly. Analyze survey data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends and measure program impact, encouraging connection and collaboration for new hires. Provide managers with team onboarding templates, visibility into new hire performance, and develop learning materials and manage content within LMS systems.
