About the Role:
- Sit at the intersection of product, operations, and health system integration.
- Manage day-to-day tech stack health while driving EHR configuration and integration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to balance clinical needs and engineering reality.
What You'll Own:
- End-to-end EHR configuration including clinical templates, order sets, and payer connectivity.
- Bug triage process and launch coordination across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- SOP library and training materials for repeatable market setups.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in product operations, technical program management, or PM-adjacent work.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity.
- Hands-on EHR configuration and integration experience preferred.
