Responsibilities:

  • Design, document, and improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Administer our CRM and other RevOps tools, ensuring integrations, data hygiene, and system reliability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, data modeling, and analytics tools.
