Vice President, Talent Acquisition

As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will be the strategic and operational recruiting expert, supporting global recruiting operations and solving complex hiring challenges. You will maximize the use of recruitment tools and technology to streamline the selection process and provide excellent client service. Responsibilities include identifying workforce needs, developing proactive strategies, using data analytics to inform recruiting strategies, and partnering with training and operations to meet headcount goals. You will attract, grow, motivate, and develop associate talent acquisition staff and leadership. Also, assist in building world-class proposal and bid pursuit content. You'll evolve recruitment approaches, tactics, and technologies to broaden global reach and increase responsiveness to global partners. This role will instill a customer-focused partnership model across the team, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure a strong social media presence for sourcing. The goal is to build a "best in class" Talent Acquisition operation and adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines regarding interviewing and selection.
