Physician Recruiting Consultant (Remote)

The Physician Recruiting Consultant will assist physician candidates and clients by sourcing and screening physicians, building a rapport via phone calls and emails, and emphasizing opportunity features. They will quote salary, prepare candidates for interviews, effectively present opportunity information, and respond to inquiries. They will also drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts, manage the recruiting process, investigate and resolve client concerns. The consultant will advise clients throughout the recruiting process, making recommendations to aid in a successful search and providing consistent communication, feedback, and reports.
