As a highly skilled and empathetic customer service expert, you will assist Four customers with complex issues on a daily basis through email, chat, and other channels. Handling dozens of messages daily, elevate issues requiring attention and improvement, and display customer-first and teamwork-centric attitudes is key. The role involves solving critical issues, improving customer experience, and proactively raising tech issues and feature requests. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
