Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored success plans and drive product adoption post-onboarding to align platform capabilities with partner goals.
- Serve as the primary long-term contact, tracking progress against milestones and ensuring a strong ongoing experience for accounts.
Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to assess partner health, surface opportunities, and reinforce platform value.
- Monitor engagement trends and order patterns to proactively address risks and build trusted relationships across stakeholder levels.
Platform Expertise & Collaboration:
- Troubleshoot and triage platform-related issues, escalating to technical teams with full context and documented impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales teams to resolve partner-facing issues and contribute to scaling the CSM function.
