Fundraising and Development Manager

The Fundraising and Development Manager provides practical support and performance oversight for Amref’s existing fundraising investments in Europe and North America. The role is focused on monitoring and analyzing performance, supporting the replication of effective fundraising approaches, and helping local teams deliver strong results in individual giving. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on fundraising investments, supporting adaptation and use of fundraising products, analyzing fundraising data to understand trends, and identifying green field opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in managing individual giving fundraising programs, strong data analysis skills, and experience in adapting fundraising campaigns. They should be collaborative, results-focused, and fluent in English.
