Manager, Business Risk

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee business risk and third-party evaluation activities, implementing and developing risk strategies and frameworks.
• Consult with the business to ensure policies and practices are adhered to, mitigating risk and supporting new product development.
• Lead a team, overseeing hiring, development, coaching, and directing responsibilities while serving as an escalation point for risk solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in a risk management role.
• Prior experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Solutions, and understanding of Card Brand Rules.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and outcome-driven planning and organization skills.
