Lead - Product Implementation (Security and Compliance)

As an Implementation & Onboarding Manager, you will lead Large SMB and Mid-market customers through their compliance journey, ensuring they realize the platform's full value from day one. You'll act as a technical program manager and infosec/privacy consultant, translating frameworks like NIST CSF, RBI SAR, NIS-2, or DORA into actionable programs, serving as the customer’s trusted advisor. You'll own the onboarding journey, being the single point of contact for customers, and help implement new Governance / Auditing frameworks and standards. You'll also act as the critical link between customers and internal teams, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for product evolution. The role involves proactively identifying and resolving technical and process-related issues.
