New Compliance Exam Lead

What You'll Do:

• Independently fulfill examination requests and coordinate with collaborators to manage end-to-end exam processes from a Compliance perspective.
• Manage corrective actions from supervisory activities and report progress to management, maintaining a central repository for multiple exam engagements.
• Partner with the Compliance Senior Manager to draft clear reports and memos communicating compliance review results to stakeholders across the company.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of licensing, compliance, regulator, or internal audit experience in consumer financial services, with knowledge of laws like HMDA, BSA/AML, and FCRA.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and overlapping projects with proven project management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, humility, integrity, and a desire to learn and take ownership while being part of a strong, encouraging team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 per year for CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT, and $115,000 to $155,000 for other U.S. states, with no visa sponsorship available.
