Solutions Architect, SaaS Operations

As a Solutions Architect on the SaaS Operations team, you will partner with the Sales Team to customize ezCater technical solutions for Enterprise customers and prospects, identifying pain points and designing solutions using the ezCater platforms. You'll translate current technology platform and integration capabilities into customer solutions and collaborate with Product Teams to improve the platform and define product roadmaps. You'll also partner with Marketing to communicate technical capabilities, support commercial relationships with technology and integration partners, identify industry trends, and build partnerships. Travel to on-site meetings and trade shows may be required.
