About the Role:
- Docker is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Growth to join our Software Engineering Team focused on growth and experimentation.
- This role partners with Product, Design, Marketing, and PLG to build and optimize high-impact growth experiments.
What You'll Do:
- Build and ship behavior-based user experiences driving onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Design and implement end-to-end growth experiments from hypothesis to analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-velocity experiments that improve funnel metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to growth engineering and experimentation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend services in Go/Python.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data warehouse querying.
