Senior Bookkeeper

About the Role:

• The Senior Bookkeeper manages full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple US-based service businesses.
• This role requires expertise in QuickBooks Online and independent handling of up to 20 client accounts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with strong QuickBooks Online skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and working in a multi-client environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including transaction categorization, reconciliations, and AP/AR.
• Support invoicing, billing, and payroll-related transactions.
• Communicate with clients and team members via email and maintain accurate records.
