Project Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the VA's AI Citizen Developer Ecosystem.
• You will serve as the single contractor point of contact for VHA leadership, coordinating SME resources and managing program performance.
• The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the contractor point of contact for all VHA requests related to SME support, contractor performance, and escalation management.
• Plan, initiate, manage, execute, and formally close out multiple concurrent projects within the program.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program management artifacts including schedules, risk registers, and status reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing programs for a large corporation or government agency.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Active PMP certification required; must be eligible for VA Position of Public Trust clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.
