Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Software Licensing Analyst to join their Subscription and Usage Analytics team. The candidate should be a self-starter and work cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the program. This individual will analyze license utilization, review contractual data, and negotiate upsell motions to help customers optimize the value they receive. They will also support automation projects, gather requirements, and test applications, following the agile methodology. The role involves running and analyzing license reports, leading customer meetings to discuss licensing utilization, and educating customers on entitlement measurement logic. The analyst will work with the Business Intelligence team to improve use verification and maintain documentation, as well as train other users on compliance best practices. Identifying manual processes for improvement and assisting in testing new functionality are also key responsibilities.
