Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chair, Vice-Chair, AFP Director, AFP Manager, and sub-committees within SUMO. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, assisting with invoices, supporting the Innovation Fund, handling emails, organizing files, and providing general administrative support.
The administrative coordinator role will be primarily done from home, however, the successful applicant must be able to work onsite occasionally, when required.
