Implementation Analyst (Prosecution Software)

Accountabilities:

• Execute software implementation projects, coordinating activities from kickoff through completion.
• Define and manage implementation schedules together with clients, coordinating requirements gathering, system configuration, training, deployment, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, aligning expectations, priorities, timelines, and next steps.

Requirements:

• Higher education completed or in progress in Technology fields such as Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical programs, or in a relevant business domain such as Law.
• Knowledge of or previous experience within the public sector is considered a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to deadlines.
