What you’ll do:
- Own the software implementation process for new clients, end-to-end via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Gather and document requirements, confirm project scope, and develop achievable timelines and program goals.
- Act as a client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management.
What you’ll bring:
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 4+ years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management in software.
- Previous training experience and understanding of SaaS concepts.
