Principal Software Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Lead solutioning, planning, and execution of long-term technical strategy, translating business and clinical goals into a technical vision.
• Define architectural standards, drive cross-org collaboration, and mentor senior and staff+ engineers.
• Explore early-stage ideas, champion AI adoption, and participate in on-call rotation for production incidents.

About You:

• A visionary technologist with deep experience in systems, architecture, and design; a systems thinker.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, AWS, and delivering mobile digital products.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

• Competitive base salary range $200,000 - $220,000 plus annual bonus and equity purchase program.
