Responsibilities:
- Shadow Accounts Payable to learn core AP processes and responsibilities.
- Assist with documenting existing AP workflows and identifying process improvements.
- Support vendor management activities, including assisting with vendor transitions and setups.
Tasks:
- Enter invoices into financial systems, including Serrala and QuickBooks.
- Develop and maintain a centralized list of key contacts.
- Assist with the distribution of AR invoices to customers.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems.
