Senior IT Enterprise System Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for design, development, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications and databases for the Digital Mortgage ecosystem.
• Serve as senior technical resource partnering with business leaders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, reliable solutions.
• Remote position in select states.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop clean, scalable code in MS SQL and .NET C#, and perform data forensics and integration via SSIS, REST APIs, and Azure.
• Build and maintain automated frameworks for data import/export and secure file transfers; troubleshoot across databases, code, OS, and networks.
• Provide tier-3 support, on-call rotation, and daily database monitoring; create technical documentation and deployment logs.

What You Have:

• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders; results-oriented and collaborative.
• Mortgage industry experience supporting Loan Origination Systems like Encompass, VESTA, or Empower is preferred.
• Flexibility for after-hours and on-call support; 5+ years advanced MS SQL and 3-5 years .NET/C# development experience.
