Responsibilities:
- Own the access and coverage strategy for an assigned set of national and regional payers, PBMs, and IDN accounts.
- Lead value-based clinical, HEOR, and budget-impact discussions with medical directors and P&T committees.
- Navigate buy-and-bill, medical-benefit, and specialty-pharmacy access pathways for infused cell therapies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years biotech/pharma U.S. Market Access experience, including 5+ years in a senior payer-facing role.
- Demonstrated success securing coverage for high-cost specialty or cell/gene therapy products.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $180,000 - $230,000 per year.
- Eligible for discretionary annual performance bonus and long-term equity incentives.
