This is a high visibility role supporting the Chief of Staff / Head of Business Operations. You will be responsible for leading our quarterly OKR and goal-setting process, tracking performance across the business, supporting the Board and key stakeholders, and conducting ad hoc analyses. You will own the quarterly OKR process, identify and drive process improvements, use data to bring hypotheses to senior leaders, lead strategic initiatives, support meetings, create high quality materials, improve products and features, and build cross-functional relationships.
