This is a high visibility role supporting the Chief of Staff / Head of Business Operations. You will lead the quarterly OKR and goal-setting process, track performance, support stakeholders, and conduct analyses. You will work directly with Belvo’s founders and executive team to shape and execute critical projects. You'll act as a partner to leadership, helping streamline decision-making and accelerate execution across the organization. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, driving strategic initiatives, supporting internal processes, shaping the company narrative, and guiding Belvo’s long-term direction.
Shape multi-year direction and lead deep-dive projects in corporate development & strategy. Build and continuously update dLocal’s 3–5 year strategic plan, identify secular trends, and translate them into strategic options. This role combines high-level corporate strategy with hands-on strategic finance & analytics.
