The Senior Manager, International Engagements will develop and implement strategies to achieve transparency goals through multilateral engagements. This role involves building momentum for transparency and securing policy changes within regional fisheries management bodies, requiring expertise in international policy and project management.

Shape multi-year direction and lead deep-dive projects in corporate development & strategy. Build and continuously update dLocal’s 3–5 year strategic plan, identify secular trends, and translate them into strategic options. This role combines high-level corporate strategy with hands-on strategic finance & analytics.
