Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate case completion in alignment with SLAs and internal quality standards
- Coordinate, schedule and participate in calls, consultations, interviews
- Deliver outstanding client service through clear, professional communication and proactive case management
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of progressive mobility experience
- Must be a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) with OMARA.
- Excellent communication and the ability to find solutions under pressure
