Job Description

This contractor role will be in charge of acccurately entering and updating employee information, such as personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits, in the HRIS system. The person will also provide support generating reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. The candidate, within this role, will assisst in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS software, while collaborating with IT and HR teams to optimize system functionality. They will also respond to employee inquiries regarding HRIS-related matters, such as accessing self-service portals, updating personal information, and understanding HR policies and procedures.
