Staff Technical Sourcer

Play a pivotal role in shaping our technical talent acquisition strategy, driving sourcing excellence for high-priority and hard-to-fill positions. This is a strategic and hands-on role that goes beyond pipeline generation—you’ll act as a thought leader and trusted advisor across talent acquisition and hiring teams, leveraging your market expertise and data-driven insights to influence sourcing direction and hiring outcomes. You will also coach and empower other sourcers, champion sourcing best practices, and partner cross-functionally to anticipate future talent needs. This position offers flexibility and autonomy. Own and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for senior-level and niche technical roles across engineering and product teams. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and develop aligned sourcing approaches. Drive sourcing innovation by identifying new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
