Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain the eDiscovery curriculum for internal and external audiences.
- Deliver live training sessions and recorded modules covering Syllo's eDiscovery application.
- Develop enablement content suited for different user personas, accounting for technical fluency and role responsibility.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology with hands-on EDRM lifecycle management.
- Strong working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Nuix, or similar.
- Experience developing or delivering training, documentation, or enablement content for legal audiences.
Capabilities:
- Subject matter depth in eDiscovery features and ability to explain them plainly.
- Curriculum thinking to design learning experiences that build skill.
- Ability to keep training content current as product evolves and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Compensation:
- Salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 USD with potential for higher for exceptional candidates.
- Total compensation includes equity and benefits.
- United States - Remote work.
