Requirements:

7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
Deep expertise in one or more areas such as backend, frontend, distributed systems, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
Strong system design, coding, and technical leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
