Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Translate region-wide sales objectives into actionable plans, targets, and tactics for territories in the environmental services sector.
  • Identify growth opportunities in hazardous waste services, industrial cleaning, remediation, and environmental compliance solutions.

Team Development & Performance:

  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing Sales team, coaching members and fostering a culture of customer focus and accountability.
  • Ensure consistent use of Sales processes, CRM tools, and pipeline management best practices to drive performance.

Customer Engagement & Business Development:

  • Develop strong relationships with key industrial, commercial, and government accounts, working with Legal to establish commercial agreements.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to elevate brand visibility and pursue new business opportunities in competitive markets.

Reporting & Requirements:

  • Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, tracking KPIs and providing strategic updates to the executive team.
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of sales leadership in environmental services, with proven success in multi-million-dollar revenue targets and regulated industries.
