- Ensure accuracy of title information by creating base files, performing title searches, and preparing commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review buyer deeds and mortgage documents for accuracy and recordability, then submit electronically for recording.
- Issue title insurance policies and calculate title insurance premiums for owners and lenders.
- Maintain positive relationships with closing teams and internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of Texas title examination experience.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Integrity/Courthouse Direct title plant and SoftPro preferred.
