Escrow Officer

About the Role:

• We are looking for a remote Escrow Officer to diligently manage, review, and close real estate transactions.
• You will work with borrowers, lenders, and investors to ensure every closing is handled efficiently and in compliance with state requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare closing statements, Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, and HUDs when applicable.
• Review title commitments, identify defects, and coordinate curative items.
• Schedule and coordinate remote, mobile, attorney, and mail-away closings, and balance escrow accounts accurately.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Title Insurance agent with five years of prior real estate or title insurance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end.
• Experience with Qualia, Simplifile, and Snapdocs is preferred.
