About the Role:
- You'll be the on-the-ground person for events, from booth setup to teardown, ensuring every detail is handled.
- You'll negotiate contracts, manage vendors, and stretch every dollar to maximize ROI.
What You'll Do:
- Source and prioritize events that align with the ideal customer profile and revenue goals.
- Run pre- and post-event campaigns, including email outreach and social promotion, to drive traffic and meetings.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and report on results to continuously improve future events.
Who You Are:
- You have 1-4 years of experience in event or field marketing, ideally in B2B or tech.
- You're comfortable with travel (30-50%) and live near a major airport hub with direct connectivity.
- You're genuinely into AI and can show how you've used it to automate or improve your event marketing workflows.
