Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
- Coach managers on performance management, documentation, and leadership best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Operational Support:
- Support onboarding processes, complete Forms I-9, and maintain accurate employee records in Paycom.
- Act as primary HR contact for assigned territories, responding to inquiries and participating in leadership calls.
- Conduct audits of HR programs to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant focus on employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, progressive discipline, and multi-state employment law.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and HRIS/payroll systems, with Paycom experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
