Work with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the use of best practices and tools according to the agile framework (Scrum or Kanban). Measure metrics of productivity, quality, efficacy and business impact of the product; Accompany daily activities with the development/engineering and product team, guaranteeing the management of the backlog and roadmap agreed as well as possible negotiations with the client; Support the Product Manager in defining the business vision for features (based on agile values, principles and best practices); Risk and roadmap management; Problem management and continuous improvement, with a focus on the quality of delivery for the client; Guarantee the use of AI on a daily basis, bringing productivity gains to the complete development flow.
