Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland

Role Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland, including validation, calculations, and post-payroll processes.
• Stay updated on legislative, tax, and regulatory developments affecting payroll operations.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, risks, and compliance issues.

Operational Contributions:

• Support the rollout of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and enhancing operational transparency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and statutory updates.

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product, and Customer Success.
• Operate in a scrappy, quick-moving, globally distributed, asynchronous startup environment.
• Take ownership of outcomes, raise risks early, and approach challenges with curiosity and accountability.

Practical Details:

• Report to the Associate Manager of Payroll Operations.
• Location is fully remote, with priority for applicants from Poland.
