Client Policy Manager I

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client payment policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness through monthly reviews and updates.
• Act as the primary client liaison, preparing policy documents and coordinating with Medical Directors.
• Conduct data analysis and apply project management principles to support client needs.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (BSN preferred) or bachelor's in healthcare; professional coder certification required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical coding experience, preferably in a payer setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, Medicaid, ICD, CPT, and claims adjudication.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote role within the continental US with up to 20% travel.
• Requires dedicated secure workspace and high-speed internet.
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment with emphasis on client service.
