The Project Manager contributes to the MSX Purpose, Vision and Mission by delivering project success to our clients. With a focus on enhancing our current client partnerships and increasing overall incremental revenue and profitability, the Project Manager supports innovative new approaches to ensure project KPI’s and key objectives are met. Project Manager Responsibilities: Deliver project KPI’s and key objectives; conduct and chair regular KPI performance reviews; produce and develop analytical reporting; build and develop a clear governance process; resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction; act as the primary interface with the client; develop market business plans; build and clearly present business case details; and support strategic future planning. Lead, develop, and coach teams, overseeing personnel within their assigned region/s. Create and deliver annual performance reviews and ensure quality on-boarding and training of all MSX team members.
