Principal Product Manager

About the Role:

• You'll own a product area spanning two connected user groups, one experiencing a journey firsthand, the other managing it on the other side.
• You'll pressure-test an early roadmap, sharpen it, and own it, bringing consumer product instincts and AI-driven workflow automation expertise.
• You'll establish metrics that matter and hold yourself accountable to them.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the product roadmap for this new area, stress-testing assumptions and evolving the plan.
• Define and drive the end-to-end experience across two user groups, one consumer-facing and one operator-facing.
• Conduct rigorous discovery by getting close to end users and operators, iterating with Design and Engineering.
