What you'll do:

  • Provide remote laptop and user support to troubleshoot system and network problems.
  • Use Salesforce to log, update, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot/resolve incidents.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in a Tier2 support role
  • Good working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and measures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communications skills
