Job Description

This role involves serving as the primary contact for members, delivering high-quality assistance through phone, video calls, and messaging. You’ll actively listen to concerns, provide accurate information about Cleo’s offerings, troubleshoot issues, and guide members through complex processes. You will collaborate to implement personalized family support plans, addressing social determinants of health and connecting members to resources. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and contributing to process improvements are also key.
