Role and Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for AE roles, including sourcing, outreach, screening, offer, and closing.
- Source candidates directly and manage external agency partners: vet, onboard, and manage scorecards, feedback, fee negotiation, and cut underperformers.
- Build and refine the AE interview loop, scorecards, and candidate collateral; partner with sales leadership on comp strategy and closing.

Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with meaningful time on Sales/AE hiring; comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment with minimal structure.
- Proven closer with specific AE reqs filled and time-to-fill metrics; strong outbound sourcing and analytical skills thinking in funnel conversion.
- Experience managing agency funnels, triaging, coaching, and holding agencies to a bar; not reliant on inbound or agencies alone.
