Head of People

DoubleZero Foundation is looking for a Head of People, responsible for recruiting excellence for both technical and non-technical roles, with an emphasis on sourcing and closing deeply technical hires. You will design and implement core people systems as well: onboarding, performance management, compensation frameworks, compliance, and global remote work policies. Collaborate with leadership and communications to position DoubleZero as a destination for top blockchain and networking talent. Serve as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related strategy. Be energized by DoubleZero’s vision of building a global base layer network for distributed systems.
