Product Manager, Fiat South East Asia

Collect and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement. Draft, review, and optimize copy for product flows, user instructions, and in-app messaging to ensure clarity and user-friendliness. Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark features, user experience, and market positioning. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to support product development and iteration. Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on research findings and user insights. Support other product-related tasks as needed.
