Associate Accountant

ImageX is looking for an Associate Accountant to join their team and take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the VP of Finance, this position will manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, and help manage contractor and employee payroll data. Close collaboration with the delivery and operations teams will ensure financial accuracy, proper documentation, and timely communication with both internal stakeholders and external vendors or clients. The role involves full-cycle bookkeeping in Xero, executing month-end close procedures, managing AP and AR, tracking billable hours, and coordinating the finance tech stack. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, a solid understanding of AP and AR workflows, and proficiency in Xero.
