Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support HR teams in implementing and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and engage talent.
• Execute the market pricing process, ensuring control points for positions remain competitive within relevant markets.
• Administer the annual salary review and increase processes and contribute to collective bargaining preparation.

Qualifications:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of compensation-related experience, knowledge of federal/state regulations, and project management skills.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, professional compensation certification (e.g., CCP), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for analyzing metrics.
